Shipping

All BAGBLAZE products are handmade and are prepared upon order.

Shipping is carried out within 5-7 working days from the confirmation of your order through the relevant form on our e-shop. Please note that delivery times may be extended in exceptional cases due to reasons beyond our company’s control.

Shipping costs within Greece are covered by the company.

After receipt, you are responsible for the product. If the recipient is not you (e.g., if it is a gift), you are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the recipient’s details. If the recipient is a minor, it is assumed that you have provided your consent for the transaction.

Products are shipped with ACS Courier, the courier company we work with, unless you prefer another shipping method, in which case you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Returns

Thank you for your purchase, and we hope you are completely satisfied.

If something does not meet your expectations, you can return the product and exchange it for another one, or request a refund.

Returns Procedure

  1. Contact Us: Email us to provide the reasons for the return.
  2. Return Timeframe: The product must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  3. Condition of Product: The product should not have been used, must be in the same condition as received, with its original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.
  4. Return Costs: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure the return method includes tracking to facilitate easy identification and monitoring of the returned product.

Defective Products: BAGBLAZE covers return shipping costs only in the exceptional case of receiving a defective product, which must be reported to us immediately upon receipt.

Custom and Discounted Products: We do not accept returns for custom or discounted products.

Damage During Return: We do not accept returns for products damaged during transport on their way back to us.

Packaging: BAGBLAZE ensures excellent and secure packaging of its products.

Exchanges or Refunds

  • Exchange: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if you choose an exchange, we will send you the new product you selected. In this case, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refund: Once the product is inspected, we will contact you to process the immediate refund of your money.
