Orders
When will I receive my order?
If you are located within Greece, you will receive it within the next 5-7 working days.
If you are abroad, you should expect to wait approximately 15 working days.
However, sometimes due to factors beyond our control (e.g., severe weather conditions), some orders might be delayed a bit longer.
Which courier company will deliver my package?
You will receive it from ACS Courier.
How can I track the progress of my order?
All our products are handmade and are made immediately after your order is placed. Once we receive your order, we will inform you when the production starts and when it is dispatched. With the shipment number, you can track exactly where your order is through ACS Courier.

Design & Maintenance
What are your materials like?
The fabrics we use include cotton, canvas, and waxed fabrics.
The leathers we use are Italian Vintage-style. This distinctive material is durable, with a clean underside, and has the unique quality of becoming more beautiful and developing character the more it is used and ages.
How can I clean your products?
They should not be washed! You can spot clean them with cold water and mild soap.
As our products age, they crease beautifully and develop unique “veins.” You can soften the creases that appear from use by heating the surface with warm air (e.g., a hair dryer).
None of our products should be ironed.
