ORDER
Once an order is completed, it cannot be modified or canceled by the customer, as orders are immediately sent to the automated fulfillment system, which we cannot intervene in. If you have placed an order by mistake and wish to cancel it and request a refund, please contact us immediately before receiving the shipping notification for the order.
TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES
Orders shipped within Greece include 24% VAT. Orders from abroad, including outside the EU, may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer.
DELIVERY
If an order is returned due to refusal, non-collection, or unsuccessful delivery, all shipping costs and related fees, including import charges, will be deducted from the refund.
WARRANTY
- Notification of Defects: You must notify us within 5 working days of delivery for any defects in the product. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your rights.
- Responsibility for Damage: We cannot be held responsible for damage caused to our product by you.
- Visible Issues: In the unlikely event of a visible issue within 5 days from the date of delivery, contact us to determine if it is a manufacturing defect. If a manufacturing defect is identified, we will work with you to find the best solution.
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover scratches on leather, marked fabrics, loose seams, or general wear and tear from use.
- Post-Purchase Issues: If you encounter any issues with the product after purchase, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
- Warranty Validity: This warranty applies unless otherwise stated on the product page.
COLORS AND MATERIALS
- Although we have tried to display the colors and tones of our products accurately on our website, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be exact.
- Our products are made from natural materials, so some variations in materials and colors are possible and should not be considered defects.
- We reserve the right to change product details or product photos without prior notice.

- For any promotions, free items are strictly limited to one per order, while supplies last. We are not obligated to include a promotional item with an order. We reserve the right to change the details of a promotion without notice.
- If a customer returns all items from an order, the promotional product must also be returned, or its retail value will be deducted from any applicable refunds or store credits.
- If only part of an order is returned, the return of the promotional product is optional.
